Žerārs Masdeu Džordā 1969. gadā nodibināja Estiluz, stingri apņemoties nodrošināt augstas klases dekoratīvo apgaismojumu ar novatorisku dizainu un ar rokām darinātu apdari. Masdeu ģimene kontrolēja visu procesu: Džerards izmantoja savu radošumu; viņa tēvs Antons Masdeu un viņa brālis Eduards Masdeu sniedza savu neparasto meistarību metāla mehanizācijā.
