Globen entwirft fast alle seine Lampen in unserem Hauptsitz in Svenljunga mit fünf eigenen Designern. Darüber hinaus arbeiten sie mit einer Reihe externer, etablierter Designer zusammen, die die gleiche Designsprache sprechen wie sie.
Zu den einflussreichsten Personen hinter der Marke gehören Anne Charlotte Hall (eine der Gründerinnen der Marke), die Designerin Anna Landerholm und Erika Norén und der preisgekrönte Produktdesigner Joakim Thedin neben vielen anderen großartigen Köpfen.
