Nuura ir jauns Dānijas apgaismojuma zīmols, ko 2017. gadā dibināja Sofija Refera, Nadija Lasena un Pīters Østerbergs, lai privātmājās un komerciālajā tirgū ieviestu unikālu noskaņu. Nuura
At Nuura they aim to reinterpret the chandelier, building on the Nordic design tradition. Using new technologies and carefully selected materials, the brand strives to create long-lasting quality lighting design that benefit our well-being.
With the chandelier as the center piece of the collection, Nuura unfolds entire collections of lamps, spanning from single pendants to larger chandeliers. Each lamp within a family of light features differences yet commonalities with the other lamps in the collection, maintaining the variation and repetition as seen in nature.
The product families offer the possibility to create coherence and calmness in the lighting design of a room. With inspiration from Nordic nature, Nuura aims for a simple, yet sensuous expression making use of organic shapes and natural colours – this is their way of honouring nature and light.
Sofie Refer's exceptional eye for detail shines through in her reimagination of lighting and its application. She meticulously considers every aspect, from the selection of LED technology to the placement of screws, the tactile feel of a surface to the color palette.
Her design process for each collection starts with the centerpiece - the chandelier and the light it emits. Every Nuura lamp is a testament to her skill, imbuing homes with warmth and joy with its presence.
