To create something timeless. This is the idea behind Hive table lamp. The beauty of decorative styles of the past and the influence of faraway cultures come together to create a contemporary product, able to reflect our days preserving a timeless soul. Hive lamp has different personalities, reflects in its pattern the ancient Japanese ceramics of 18th century, in its style the Art Deco period and in the forms the beauty and taste of the 21st century.
The ceramic body is glazed and decorated by with the "third fire technique", a particular process which involves multiple cooking to enable the decorations to be applied. The ceramic base is available in different colour variations with a glossy finishing that contrasts with whiteness of the in blown and etched glass diffuser, which releases a warm and embracing light, suitable for every type of contex.
