Bomma Fragments - floating chandelier
The new lighting carries Bomma’s signature combination of innovation, craft, technology, and distinctive design. Once considered waste, colored shards now await a new purpose. Although these fragments come from rejected light fixtures that didn’t meet Bomma’s exacting standards, Bomma has found a way to give them new life.
The surface of Fragmentglass is smooth and naturally glossy, resembling a water surface, while the underside reveals a rougher texture that reflects the intricacies of its production technology.
Designed by Dechem Studio, the Fragments chandelier features a multi-layered composition of 13 small and 13 large Fragmentglass elements, creating a sculptural installation reminiscent of precious stones floating in space. A harmonious three-color palette: black, white and Flamingo Mint enhances the chandelier’s elegance, while metal finishes in brushed gold or anthracite add a sophisticated accent.
This chandelier is particularly well suited for living rooms, dining areas, and staircases, as well as hotel lobbies and restaurants. It becomes the central focal point of the interior - both as a sculptural work of art and as functional lighting.

DECHEM studio
DECHEM Studio, founded in Prague in 2012 by Michaela Tomiskova and Jakub Jandourek, is celebrated for its modern approach to glass design. The pair first connected at the Novy Bor School of Glass, united by their shared passion for one of humanity’s oldest materials. Michaela pursued further studies in product design at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (AAAD) and gained experience with leading design studios, while Jakub deepened his expertise in the lighting industry, specializing in glass craftsmanship, technology, and manufacturing. Since founding DECHEM Studio, they have dedicated their work to product design, with a particular focus on glass. Their creations blend traditional glass-making techniques with contemporary design aesthetics, producing pieces that emphasize craftsmanship, materiality, and innovation. DECHEM Studio’s work is recognized for its elegance, combining the timeless appeal of glass with refined, modern forms.
